We are a professional, guitar-focused enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong, offering guitar-related technical, educational, and commercial services, as well as music event planning, management and performance services. Our business philosophy emphasizes sustainability and the long-term musical value of instruments. Our business is built on an integrated model that combines five principal activities: (i) guitar assembling workshops; (ii) repair and custom guitar services; (iii) guitar lessons; (iv) guitar trading; and (v) music events. We introduced custom guitar production and music events as new revenue streams in 2026. Our physical location at Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong serves as the operational and experiential center of this integrated platform. The facility brings together our retail area, guitar repair and custom guitar activities, guitar assembling workshops, and instructional guitar lessons within a single venue in separate rooms, allowing customers to engage with our brand in a comprehensive and hands-on environment. Our music events are generally conducted at third-party venues selected based on the requirements of each event. Our music event activities, which we commenced during the six months ended April 30, 2026, consist of private events arranged for corporate and other third-party clients rather than ticketed events offered to the general public, and accounted for 56.5% of our total revenue for that period. This business has a limited operating history and its revenue contribution for that period may not be indicative of future results.
